Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

225g butter
4 eggs
2 cups A/P flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp vanilla essence

1) Whisk flour, salt and baking powder.
2) In a separate bowl, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Then, add eggs one at a time and cream for 1 minute after each egg. Add vanilla.
3) Fold in flour mixture into the wet mix.
4) Finally, fold the chocolate chips into the mix gently.
5) Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees
